Window7一插iPhone 就見到啲相，window8就見到iPhone ,但見唔到啲相。
If positive, try a clean uninstall and then reinstall iTune
If still not OK, try reset ur iPhone by Settings, General, Reset, Reset all settings. This steps won't delete anything from ur iPhone.
