一係住近mrt的hotel, 搭mrt, 好多地方都去得到

單係由city hall mtr / raffles place 一路行都去到好多道.

在 raffles hotel (好舊樣, 好靚那間)後有幾條街, 是當地海南人聚集的地方, 佢地稱呼那幾條街做"海南第一街, 第二街, 和第三街".

在 beach road 和 purvis street 交界有間叫 "喜園" 的當地茶餐廳, d飯菜幾地道. 海南雞飯幾好食, 還有咖哩魚頭, 還有道菜, 是類似吉列雞伴以薯條+有蕃茄汁 - 我個仔整碟吃光.

easter去星加坡時, 我個姐夫和堂兄帶我去這裡吃午飯. (我是海南人 :lol )

1. Botanic Garden - I don't find this one particularly interesting.
Kids will feel tired after the flight. Why don't you walk around + Singapore Flyer + eat around that day.

2. Zoo cannot last 1 whole day. Or do you mean Zoo + Night Safari ?

3. City Centre - can try the Duck Tour, and/or Hippo Tour.

You will find that it leaves Suntec City, then circles somewhere nearby, then goes into the water. Lots of time for you to take photos while on the Duck. But it is also quite expensive, cos it lasts only ~60min or so.
Anyway, being a tourist, it is one of the touristy things to do, so $$$$$$.... And my son loved the idea of riding on an amphibian which might have been used in a war !

I am not sure what you mean by City Centre.
Do you mean the Merlion (the lion head - fish tail statue) ?
Or Orchard Road area ?

If you look at a Sing map, from Suntec City you can walk around for at least 2 hrs, and see the "Fountain of Wealth", quite spectacular fung shui device. And can walk along a walkway with shops along both sides, to Raffles City, which is another big shopping mall. Marina Square is another one in the same area. So if you like shopping you can browse around.
The Esplanade (shaped like a Durian 木留褳) is just outside Marina Square, and the Merlion is directly opposite. (But I really have no idea how you can walk from Esplanade to the Merlion. Or you can take MRT - only 1 stop away.)

The "City" MRT station is directly underneath Raffles City.
So you can actually 行到怕 if you decide to walk around taht area.

The food court in Raffles City is quite good - bright and clean and lots of choice. Good place for lunch.
When you wait for Duck Tour, there is a fast food shop very near your waiting point and you can have breakfast there.

You can book the Duck Tour when you are in Sing.
My experience was, I called them for booking, left my name and quoted my credit card no. Quite full so if you want a certain time slot only you should call as soon as you reach your hotel. Can choose to pay in cash or by credit card when you show up.

there is a GAP shop in Vivo City.
Very near the entrance.

1. DUCK TOUR要唔要預早BOOK架?

If you have time preference, you should book in advance by tel and leave your visa card no.
Booking is quite full for weekends.
Or you can book the duck tour first and go to try the hot air balloon then go back for duck tour.
I am sure there are less people queueing for the balloon ride.

Why don't you try the Singapore Flyer that night too ?

2. Breakfasts

There is a big and clean food court in Raffles City.
Actually there are a lot of food courts / fast food / coffee shops / restaurants in all shopping malls.
If you want coffee and toast or yum cha, can go to Purvis Street (very near Raffles Hotel) where there are Hainan-style coffee shops / tea houses.

A very good place for coffee and kaya toast is Killiney Kopitan , several outlets, including one in Marina Square (the big shopping mall below your hotel). I like this one better than Ah Kun.

Don't worry about eating in Sing, a lot of places, and quite clean.

I heard that there is a "No Signboard" (or maybe another one with main restaurant in East Coast) seafood restaurant in The Esplanades (the durian shaped dome) with air-con but you MUST book in advance.

Other big food courts like Newton and Maxwell do not have air-con.

Actually, my kid and I prefer air-con, but food in non-air-con places are as good as those where there is air-con. And there is always a light breeze in Singapore, not like HK, so it feels better.

當然多野買
如果買過sing $ 100+
可以claim back gst (sales tax)
個basement 有supermarket, food court
同埋harrods 分店
再行過幾間buildings有間 gap
我最鐘意去尋寶

good for shopping and window shopping
orchard road是shopping area

Location = near Jurong East.

If you check the Sing MRT map, find the Pasir Ris MRT Station (a station on right hand side of map, above Changi Airport on map).

Night safari is on NW side of Singapore, while Changi Airport and WWWet is on east side.

Location is convenient
