which hospital did you deliver ? Your hospital should tell you which Birth Registry you should go (your hospital will deliver the birth record to one Registry). e.g. Queen Mary will send all records to the Registry at Admiralty (tel 28672785).
Either you or your husband can go to Registry. pls bring along :-
1. HKID of father and mom
2. Marriage cert of father and mom
Fee is $140.
You should be between 14days to 42 days after DOB.
