我患癌的奶奶化療後不斷脫髮, 情緒好抵落, 請教各位...

我65 歲的奶奶最近証實患頗後期癌病, 雖然經過眾家人
支持及安慰後已接受事實 (很多BK 媽咪亦都幫忙提供了很多有用的抗癌資料給我), 但她一向頗貪靚, 在接受第一次化療後已開始不斷脫髮, 情緒好抵落, 不願見人, 整日屈在家... 我們都明白醫學報告亦証實了負面情緒對病情有直接影響....於是我們都哄她說現天氣已漸涼, 戴漂亮的帽子也不錯, 但她就是不接受, 說不想街上人投以奇怪眼光, 不想到現在才醜於人前, 因怕沒有很多時間了....

唉, 始終正受苦的是她, 我們實在不忍她不開心, 請教...
- 有沒有漂亮的假髮供應商介紹? (一般的假髮實在太不自然又太老土...) 如一定要配帶, 有沒有要注意事項?
- 還有沒有其他建議?
- 請問有沒有過來人可指教一下化療其間會遇到的種種問題?

你奶奶還有冇嘔？有冇吃不到東西? 因化療期間實在好辛苦。護士有冇教你買Ensure幫補身體營養，因就算吃不到飯or 粥，淨飲Ensure都夠補充。
另外有一種專for 電療and化療食的旦白粉,要資料的，可幫你找找,因我以前係護士，我還有join護士協會，那兒有這粉賣.

頭髮方面，身體許可後，用生薑片按摩頭皮，慢慢頭髮便長出。我以前大部份病人都能長回頭髮.

Thanks for your info. too. But I just wanna ask-- My mother-in-law has just started the chemotherrphy for a month (still have 5-times to go in this coming half year and at this stage, the doctor said even operation is not suitable for her) Shall she take-in the supplement at this stage? She did vomit only the few days after the chemo but she has to poo-poo very often in a day. Is it normal? I really want the name of the supplement if she's OK to take-in. Could you please tell me? Also, when do you mean the "Suitable" time to re-burn the hair? Is it after the whole processes of chemo? If yes, I don't think she can sustain.... :-| But anyway, it's a good news (and the only way to go) for her.

我妹妹數年前因癌病也接受過化療治療, 反應亦是嘔吐, 無胃口及毛髮脫落, 化療療程完結後便會慢慢回服正常, 叫妳奶奶不用擔心, 當時我妹妹還只得十八歲, 更加貪靚啦, 佢戴帽及口罩出外時也被人用奇異目光眼望望, 乘電梯回家時也試過被其他住客歧視, 見到我妹妹在電梯內, 即不敢進入, 不過我妹妹好堅強, 沒有因此而唔開心, 當那些人只是無知識.

我妹妹當時也有飲 Ensure(加營素) 補充營養, katmami 妳要鼓勵及支持妳奶奶, 叫她無需理會別人的歧視眼光或指指點點的行為, 好好醫病至重要.

Thanks for your words. Would you mind telling me how long was the process to have your sister's hair grew back after the chemo? How's she now? Still need to have any treatment after these years?

Thanks. Since I'm not quite sure when will be the suitable time for her to take-in the "IMPACT", I've already asked my family member to help consulting the doctor about it. (My mother-in-law will start her 2nd chemo treatment today and my family member will be with her then.... ) But, there is a question, I heard that the cancer patient should not take-in protein such as bird-nest during these period because that will increase the number of both good and bas cells...Is that true? Then how about this "IMPACT" powder? Can you give me some advises? I've visited the website that you've given me. If there is a need, I'll call you......
(By the way, where is the shop?)

就我所知，醫生非常建議有cancer的patient 服此類補給劑，而且都好有用。
我當時有位末期patient，他的數位醫生都話一定不足三個月命的，但他當時起每日服此早晚各一包，(佢無做任何電療，化療，因病情關係),但佢最終活了兩年多.

上次响BK你介紹我去你朋友之朋友度幫我奶奶做假髮, 我奶奶最近終於買咗一個, 我地個個屋企人都話一D都唔覺得假, 只係好似改咗髮型咁....佢心情真係立刻好番晒, 並開始再冇抗拒做化療了....更慶幸的, 醫生話化療開始見倒少少進展了...我哋個個都好安慰... Thanks anyway.
