Hi andymom, I guess you probably haven't ovulated since your last period. If your temperature hasn't raised and you didn't get any positive result from your ovulation test then it is very likely that your ovulation is delayed for some reasons. Usually you can do a home pregnancy test if your temperature has been high for at least 18 days after ovulation. But since you don't see any temperature shift, I don't think you are pregnant. Don't worry so much. Even if it is 宮外孕, you should see the temperature rise after ovulation.
Better relax. If you are trying again, you better observe your cervical fluid and keep on doing the ovulation test. When your cervical fluid is like raw egg white (stretchy and slippery) and/or your ovulation test is positive then you should have sex until you see your temperature raised.
I just miscarried in March and my normal period resumed like yours (very slight spotting for 3 days then started like usual). I will start trying again this month. Hope that I can get pregnant and have a healthy baby soon.
