E-commerce Executive
Job Description
• Handle daily operations of the on-line business, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers..etc., to ensure smooth running of the online platforms.
• Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
• Formulate plans and strategies of online marketing to drive sales and revenue.
• Develop e-Commerce marketing calendar in line with brand marketing and online strategies.
• Assist to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, e-Commerce brand sites, third party platforms, Retailer.com and Omni Channels for business growth for the company including website and social media. Enhance the website content and flow to grow the customer usage, traffic and conversion rate. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders on marketing, products, creative and system development. Manage & prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist to conduct market research.
