請問各freestyle媽媽有冇用handfree bra fix住個pumps? 大家用邊隻？除上網買，香港邊度有得買？

freestyle includes a pair of handsfree hooks already
it can attach to any nursing bras, u can buy bras at underwear shops, i got mine for $25

But the hooks is not user frdly if using at the office. Saw a tube-top-like bra fr online, which can hold the breast-shield, not sure if any mama try it b4 n buy it in Hk.

其實任何哺乳BRA都得,只要跟A,B扣配合便可!

I bought the pumpease bra from amazon US and mailed to myself in Hk. I use it for my avent breast pump

好多外國forum都話diy, 我買過handsfree又試過diy, diy真係好0的.

買個sports bra, 夠力果隻, 剪左nipple位大少少, 就得. 又舒服, 又0岩身. 果0的extender同nursing bra都唔夠'食'力, 雖然我都有繼續用.
