i BF both my kids until they are one year old, for the first kid, i follow all the people said eat this, drink this, and don't eat this and don't drink this, but my milk volume is just ok. for the second baby, i was so relax, eat and drink whatever i like, even for pig's liver and pigeon, but still hv a lot of milk, my comment is, as long as u drink enough water, sleep well, feed frequently and stay happy, u'll hv lots of milk.
