However, if you don't mind old buildings, there actually could be some hidden treasures, you may ask your trusted agent for some recommendations. Spend time shopping around. Besides the size, location, view of the flat, it's also very important to consider the management of public areas, E&M services, security, neighbors (the usual drawback of old buildings; might have impact on raising kids).
