I think it should depends our needs first. I just bought a house last week because I have a baby now so that need a bigger place to live. The price is going up a lot since 2003 but still have some reasonable n affordable house in the market
I don't know the price will goes up a lot or not in the coming months but during these few days it really has more protential buyers to see our houses. If florflor u need more space for yr baby,it is about time.
I bought in 1998 & sold it in Jun 2005. I lost $200,000. But I bought a new house, because the price is matching with my target.
I need 4 rooms at least and I found a 村屋 which is 300sqf x 3floor = 900sqf + 天台 in Tai Po. It costs $1,200,000. I think it's reasonable & affordable. I don't mind the price will going up or down, because I found my needed house for my family.
