Yes, if the interest rate of pound is 減息, since the interest rate of US$ is still going up, pound may drop more...money attract to country with higher interset rate.
The best time to buy pound may be around late September to October, after the US add its interest rate in late August, the BK pound will decide to reduce its interest rate or not before the year end.
In December, since all global ACCA students need to buy pound to pay their annual fees, pound is always going up in December and January.
