Although 'Ma Rail' is in service, but I won't choose a flat not in a city, eg. Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tseung Kwan O, Tung Chung, etc.
Sorry, this is my own comments.
Although there is railway/MTR in those districts, but this is not nearby the central districts, and the transportation time is long and fee is high.
