US dollars is not strong recently (expectation of no more raise of interest rate prior to election), and also some indication of capital inflow to HK very soon, i.e., imply the HK stock market will look good again.....But dont know if the money inflow will go to the property sector because even if there are capital inflow, those are merely hot money which normally only invest in high liquidity instruments.

i think i would save much money first(at least $500,000-hkd) , and then consider to buy an apartment!~
