The Post:

  • To provide secretarial support to the manager and administrative support to the team
  • To handle clients’ enquiries in a professional manner
  • To assist with data entry and file management.
  • To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.


The Person:

  • Diploma
    or above in Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or client servicing is highly preferred;
  • Experience gained in sizable multinational corporations or professional firm is a definite advantage;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin is a must;
  • Must be mature, able to work independently, well-organized, detail oriented and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Strong in using MS Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fresh graduate with high sense of responsibility and fast learning capabilities will also be considered.

We offer:

HK$8,500 - 9,000 + Attendence Allowance $500
