Clerk (Ref : DEVE/C/0612)
■F 5 or above with LCCI Level II;
■At least 2 years experience in handling clerical duties;
■Provide clerical support to the department/ center included correspondence, filing and so on;
■Preferably to have experience in providing and handling logistic arrangement e.g. venue booking, procurement etc.;
■Handle telephone enquires and walk-in visitors with patient and pleasant manner;
■Coordinate activities with Guiding Members and other organizations;
■Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, English and Chinese typing, and able to prepare financial statement and service statistics as required;
■Mature, enthusiasm, self-initiative, able to work independently and under pressure;
■Irregular working hours and wearing uniform might be required in some occasions.
