First time when I went to High One was about 6 years ago and thought it was ok, but I went again last December and found out the price has gone up a lot to the extend that is similar to Japan. I went not go there again. Btw, you would be trapped in High One Resort but food selection is extremely poor.
Never been to Vivaldi so can't comment.
