剛剛搬去個多星期，交通真的很方便﹙因為是地鐵上蓋物業﹚，而且環境尚算清靜，起碼聽不到車聲！但保安員及清潔工人大多沒有禮貌，質素很差。如果十分滿分，我會給七分。主要是環境及交通真的比預期中理想。

how about the quality of the inside ?
Is it too noisy due to the the phrase II is still under construction ?
Will the Club House and Shopping Mall be opened soon ?
Swimming pool (inside) be opened soon ?

Just want to know more so that I can decide whether to rent a house there or not
