Hi cwong! I boiled this soup for my baby too, but without the crocodile meat. It tasted real gd, and my baby loved it! But i think it will taste more or less the same if u add croc meat! Y do u put crocodile meat? Bcos ur kids cough or sth? Btw how many pieces of crocodile meat do u put?

Just finished boiling and tasted really good even I did not put salt. I have a lot of croc meat at home which my mum in law gave me, each time put 4 pieces ( each piece is quite big)
Tomorrow want to try boil coconut conch chicken soup, but don't know if my maid knows how to open a coconut. Do you know if I can replace with coconut milk, haha
My kids love drinking soup so need to think of different yummy and sweet soups for them.
R u gonna buy the coconut from market or supermarket? The ee in market can help breaking the coconut! But some of them will charge for a few dollars! Otherwise it's kind of hard to so it at home. Btw, if boil croc meat or conch chicken, do I need to 出水first?

I only 出水for croc meat but not conch.
Ok, I will ask my maid to ask mkt ppl to help break the coconut, I don't want to cut her fingers then I will be in trouble.
