Hello

I'd over weight 55- 60lbs (between have bb and after bb born), now keeping bf to my son for near two mths and have confident to keeping bf too! Now hope to chat with the over weight mama and share the feeling :lol: :lol: :lol:....

Heavy weight makes me walk slower and think slower and staring to affect my confident of my outlook, everday the most happy thing for me is feed my son that is......will u feel the same?

I was 110lbs(relatively healthily, no flabby tum, with 6 packs, HA<-THOSE WERE THE DAYS HUH!?), peaked at 173, and after giving birth ~160.....

I didnt lose any weight until i started to do some exercise(around 4months after i gave birth)..... <-WHO SAYS NURSING WAS A SURE FIRE WAY TO LOSE THOSE BABY FAT?!

But even with a workout plan, I'm still carrying A LOT OF babyfat..... I'm still 13Xlbs, and my bb's now 6months3weeks old. I fear that I'll have to carry these extra pounds around forever. No sh!t, I really feel like a giant walrus. coo coo ka cho~~

Once I have to "run" to a mannings store to get a pack of nappy, coz we've ran out, and it was late, it's about to close. I tried to run, but all i managed to do was to "walk" a little faster. And I can feel the lover's handle Flabbing At that moment I was really freaked, scared that passers-by will laugh at me, "flab-flab-flab!!"(even there was hardly anyone around in fact). Wanted to dig a hold and hide meself...

I'm doing exercise with some workout dvd which I have no problem following thru before my baby. now? 5 minutes of it feels like eternity. But i'm still TRYING to do it.

Stupid skinny models or actresses or whatever showing off there 13-year-old kind of bodies! Stupid twisted body image this society povides! Stupid low self-esteem....

Urghhhhhhhhhh! Got to lose those pounds(but healthily! cause I'm a nursing mom!!) and show off my 13-year-old kind of body too!

Its now near two mths after labor, I was too lazy (before I was not like this) I even wake up at afternoon and waiting the evening come that kind of mood..... my work still only feeding bb, taking care of him, for myself only eat and sleep.....sometime wanted to do some excerise or practice moment....however, may be my body (practicular my legs and hips ) just like to stake on the bed or the computer chair.....mmmmmmmmmmm
I need to change my daily routine sin tak! My body was so flabby too! ppls said it good as it can loss weight faster ca. U also can try drink more than 3L water...I found that its works...(at least my weight is not gain any even I only eat and sleep)

I mean except milk, soup, and juice, u need 3-4L of water a day...

ADD OIL La my buddy!

I was 130 before I got pregant, and then I was 200lb few days before I gave birth to my baby WellWell. I lost 50 pounds in first month naturally after labour. Sadly, I gained 25 lbs these few months, because I eat a lot drink a lot and no exercise. Carry a 175lbs body is not a easy thing, because it affects my movment as well as my mood everyday. I've been told not to try to lose weight during lactation. Tho, I can't take it anymore when I see myself in the mirror. I guess it's time to take some action.

Woh! Wellwell mama, surprising that u lost 50pounds after labor....!!! I totally understand your feeling, as I will afraid too eat too much affect my outlook but struggle abt my son's health too so sometime eat a lot of health food. At least I feel better that can share the feeling with the rite personssssss.

We should add oil ca! I believe if we have faith we can do both and make win win effect!
