多奶茶 is ok for me but need to drink about 3 cups per day. And also I drink a lot of milk / soyabean milk and soup (peanut , papaya, dried squid, chicken, fish etc) Try try la! The most important is relax and more rest! My son is 13 month now and I still have enough milk to feed him. The first 2 months is the most difficult period but after that you can feel more comfortable.
