I had that experience too when my baby was first 3 months, so I'd pumped it out, but just used 5 to10 minutes,then went to bed again, if I didn't express the milk out, my breasts were so painful . But after few months , you won't feel painful anymore, because your milk supply get more clever, and you have your milk supply routain.
