已經飲左好多魚湯架啦...以前朝早第一餐去pump都有5oz, 依家2oz都好多啦...:cry: :cry: :cry: :-( :-(

Keep drink more fish soup, milk, soya bean milk and water... before you pump milk,take a great deep breath and think of your baby... then start, once you start, don't look into the milk bottle and chase for the capacity.... Keep on drinking, pumping, relaxing and most important feeding direct... The milk will come back soon.

relax and get more rest. also, when you expressing milk, do NOT keep looking at the bottle. otherwise, it will lower your milk supply.

Another thing you can try is to take frenugreek seeds. it's herb which widely used by westerners. hoep it helps.
