我剛生完小Ｂ，今天開始谷奶。我試過餵ＢＢ，但佢唔係好肯啜，只係lam下同含住，我自己乳頭比較細，咁樣係咪會有困難？我覺得佢好似啜唔到咁。
同埋我的奶好似水咁,呢Ｄ係咪奶黎呢？有時會流出來，但ＢＢ又唔 ...
it was so hard to bf at the 1st mth. as bb may not suck very well. u have to try to push the milk into her mouth. so let her know that she will get the milk from yr nipple. DONT WORRY sucking is a natural way they will do it. Especially, they are hungry.
u may take a shower or warn water to massage yr breast before bf. it may help the milk easily to come out.
