唔夠奶？

我係0706媽媽，開始了餵全人奶。BB一開始唔肯食左邊，到十日大左右才開始肯食。但個時已發覺左邊無右邊咁谷奶。
到依家呀b食右邊就好明顯見到有奶在嘴角，而且會食得飽。但如果食左邊就唔得。好似剛剛餵左邊餵了差不多成個鐘，（佢有不斷啜，又好似有吞）食完後又喊，又好似搵食咁既表現。唯有比埋右邊佢食，佢好似好肚餓咁即刻食。
我係咪唔夠奶呀！好想堅持餵人奶，但又擔心唔夠比BB食。
另外我試過泵奶，但都係泵得2-3oz...我聽見其它媽媽話一次泵10oz，係咪頭一個月未有咁多架？

一邊多一邊少係好普遍既情況，泵and餵多d(無奶都再俾bb吮多一陣)會改善少少，但唔洗太緊張。

我都算幾好奶量既媽媽，但都係到bb 3個月左右先至可以一次泵到10安，頭幾個星期一次有2-3安都叫唔錯，不過唔好同人地比，要同bb既食量比，想多d奶就餵/泵密d，飲多d水，湯水，食飯同瞓覺，努力呀﹗

識網友只限吹下水、交換下資訊、發揮網力，邊個認真就邊個輸。

你好

我係07Feb奶媽, 開始時我都係揼得2~3安, 但只要比心機就會慢慢多起來.
我都係兩邊唔同生產量, 左多右少, 係因為右邊在頭一個月乳腺發炎. 之後遺症, 但只要多飲豆漿湯水, 多D比BB吸吮, 或多D揼, 都會好好多.

bb仲細，個胃仔好細好細，人奶又容易吸收同消化，係會快d又肚餓過，食奶粉話就話可以頂耐少少，但又點及人奶好呢？開頭係辛苦d，但過咗頭兩個月就好好多架喇﹗

bb已經5個幾月，我而家一d都唔覺得餵人奶辛苦，雖然條路好漫長，但好多奶媽都係咁行過，先苦後甜架﹗而且有好多同期bk奶媽做親密戰友，好多人支持妳架

識網友只限吹下水、交換下資訊、發揮網力，邊個認真就邊個輸。

努力呀！呢個月係會辛苦d，但過左後，就會越來越容易嫁喇！
邊多邊少的話，可以試下每一次都要bb先食少奶個邊，唔夠飽才食埋另一邊。咁少奶個邊就會多d奶家喇！

仲有呀！差d唔記得講：初生bb一個多小時一餐是非常正常！因為母乳易消化，唔會食滯！少食多餐對bb來講是最好的！
奶粉好難消化，所以4個鐘後，bb才消化完上一餐，而且要消化d咁難消化的東西，係要用好多energy的，所以食奶粉的bb係會長時間沉睡。
所以食母乳的bb一般睡的比較少，對母親來說，可能比較辛苦，但bb會較精靈。

My babies were born on 18 Jun and they started to have milk because they have to be kept at the infant room. I try to breastfeed them and found that I do not have enough milk. I try to pump and only got very few, less than 10 ml today. I feel very frustrated. I asked my mum to cook the "papaya fish soup" for me but she kept on saying that it is not a suitable time for me to drink as "papaya is very "leung""! I don't know where she heard from!! In the meantime, she only cook "chicken and "Fa Gau"" which I don't think it is good for increasing the breast milk!!

What should I do???? My mum will be with me all this month!

Help!!!!!

dun worry if she dont cok the soup drink papaya milk or juz milk is ok also....my bb now gg 2 month le and she is now v healthy...juz + oil everything will be ok...and actually when looking back breastfeeding is not that tiring after all....juz like no when you looking back to those labour time you dum reali feel that hurting

唔好放棄呀！
如果你bb初期用奶樽餵，而家先轉埋身，你一定要確定佢食的姿勢

i also only had "chicken and "Fa Gau"" soup during the first month. i agree with yanlongma that rest + frequent feeding (+good mood) is more important. now, i amd producing more than enough milk.

don't worried. be happy!! that's important.

我媽媽都同奶奶都話木瓜好涼，叫我唔好飲住，話要坐完月先飲得。咁我都無飲架！魚湯就十二朝後開始飲，我聽見人話休息多d，飲多d水，比bb啜多D就會有奶...... 我都唔知自己夠唔夠，不過就跟從以上所講去做.... 見bb體重有增，有尿尿屎屎.... 就當夠la.... 重有就係久唔久上黎BK，睇下其他人既experience,有好多時會有好大鼓勵.....我地一齊加油吧！

Don't panic ! So you have twins? Congratulations

Let me share my similar experience with you.

My child was born pre-mature at 35 weeks and she weighted only 5 pounds at birth. She was too weak and her jaw was not stong enough to suck at that time. I tried breastfeed her in the hospital but not success. After trying for 2 days and nights, I gave in and supplemented her with formula and bottles (in the hospital).

Without the suction of my child, my breasts did not produce milk at all at that time. I still remember the day I went back home (the 4th day), no matter how much I squeezed or pumped, I could hardly get anything (only droplets of milk on each side and definitely less than 10 ml).

My mother in law stayed with me during the first month and she also said papaya being very "leung" and reluctant to cook that for me. I felt very helpless. The worst thing was, my daughter still didn't wanna suck and therefore no stimulation to my milk production. I almost want to give up.

I did not give up however, but I kept pumping every 3 hours, while feeding my girl with formula during the first week. Then after intensive pumping for one whole week, my body eventually started producing milk, although I only had 1-2 oz each time (6 times a day), I started to bottle feed my girl breastmilk from that moment onward. My daughter was exclusively fed by my breastmilk since then. Now I can pump 30+ oz per day and my daughter is 10 weeks old (no formula milk is required at all)

Therefore, don't worry if you cannot have 上奶湯水, don't worry even if your babies do not suck from you. If you insist, have enough food and water, take enough rest and keep your emotion calm and happy, then your body will produce sufficient milk.

Keep up and add oil
