My sister just sale a house, but the agency said to my sister, the buyer need to stakehold the money, then my sister ask the agency, how long should the money would be held, the agency said a few days only. But the solicitor said at least 1 month, what can my sister do to claim the agency, if my sister know all the money have been held by the seller's solicitor for more than 1 month, she will not sold the house at unsatisfied price.
