新都城:
1. very convenient if work on HK side (only 20 mins to North Point/Quarry Bay; 30 mins to Central) and Kwun Tong area (MTR and minibus - very fast) but no good if go to Mongkok or towards the west (Tsuen Wan line) and no direct buses to Shatin/Northern District; TST is OK (98D bus only takes 20 mins)
2. club house (not expensive - swimming pool $15 - even cheaper than public pools)
3. shopping mall is OK (with Park'n Shop / Wellcome / Citi Store) basic needs OK
麗港城:
1. lot of blocks not close to MTR station and only few bus lines
2. club house not as good as 新都城
3. shopping mall small and not much choice
美孚新村:
1. very convenient with west rail / MTR / bus terminal
2. old buildings but not cheap
3. no club house but have swimming pool and sports complex nearby
I also live in 新都城, it's very good, 空氣 good, may be since I'm living 內園 and face South. It's good that I seldom need to turn on air condition and most likely have winds when in summer. There is a small mountain nearby and I always bring my bb there for hiking. It's very convient with large shopping mall. I think someone said 空氣 not good since they face to road and at lower floor and thus the Resturant's air comes out from the Plaza. Many resturant. It's very close to MTR and no need to bring umbrella even raining. It's a good choice.
