I wanted to know about the price, transportation, quality, facilities of club house and security of 碧海藍天. Because of my husband and I are so interested in, so I wanted to know everything about it.

1) price(跟附近的三寶差不多高少少)
2) transportation（對面的公屋有巴士站，08年將有地鐵出口於昇悅居)
3) quality, (間格不太實用，Room 的牆身很厚，部分單位facing V.harbour，景美但無人保證－－－前面係空地，易潮濕)
3) facilities of club house (Not Bad，齊全及有特色)
4) security (No comment)

如果係我就會選附近果三個屋苑 , 起碼行少 8 分鐘去 MTR, 而且單位多好多選擇 , 又無咁近海麗(川) 唔識打

三宝現時大多投資盤, Price 太貴, 实用超底, 自住要認真考慮!!

But I felt 附近果三個屋苑 are so crowd, 碧海藍天 is more "quiet".

而家邊一個屋苑唔多投資盤 o架?-( 比起大角咀o的新盤, 環境和價錢已經算好, 起碼唔會見到道友和大酒店啦 :cry:

附近屋苑中以碧海的條件較差,要點如下:

1.日間兩間小學較嘈吵,夜晚則較其他三寶靜,但偏離MTR較遠,行去LAI CHI KOK MTR要13-15minutes
2.呎價較昇悅及泓景高些,但外形及設施較遜,尤其是泳池,很細
3.一期二手放盤比例較高,早前高達50%,升幅阻力較大
4.海景無保障,對出空地該會發展
5.完工了很久,雖是一手但有机會屋內設施已老化

I live in here, I feel
(1)just the paltform is better than all the another 3 flats nearby,
(2) the flat inside rate is so good

(3) the opposit side the site is build a school,so no any see view vill disrupt

(4) the price is resonable than "yu tsing hein"
