do I need to give her a copy?
what can I do?
I already recorded the process, that she says she read my warning but refuses to sign.
please advise!!!

send and fax a copy to agency, phone agency for her refusal to sign also. Inform the maid for your action also.

妳可以出糧時,在糧單上加多一項
xxx已於本月幾日收取warning letter,已知悉並確認有關內容
妳出糧時等佢簽咗糧單,再比warning letter copy佢

My agent wont help!! cos last time she told my maid she can help her to find another employer if needed!!! All they want is business!

I think littlecarey's suggestion of "妳可以出糧時,在糧單上加多一項
xxx已於本月幾日收取warning letter,已知悉並確認有關內容
妳出糧時等佢簽咗糧單,再比warning letter copy佢"
is good! I will do so!

Dear Orion

Don't be annoyed by the maid. Think about it, will it mk any difference in the termination process/ compensation (if she does not improve) even though the maid signed/did not sign the warning ltr?

你有錄影，佢無得唔認收過，簽唔簽都唔係太大問題。反而你仲比人見到佢幾唔合作。
