I used Andy Ko last November for my son's 3rd birthday. He was very good. For about 1.5 hours, he did magic show, balloon twisting, helped with the pinata, cake cutting and generally generated a very happy atmostphere for the children & adults alike. He is effectively bilingual, but had spoken mostly English at my son's party because there were a few expat children. Also, I was very glad he didn't wear any clown outfit with heavy make-up because the children were quite young (around 3) and could be scared by the rather hideous clown make-up (I personally gets put-off by clowns). He wore a simple yet bright-coloured outfit, which I felt was very appropriate and aesthetically pleasing.
I can't exactly remember his charges. It was probably in the range of $1200 - $1500. I too got him from the webside mentioned.
