My little girl is going to have her 3rd year birthday. I planned to organize a very very small scale party at my home for 8 adults & 4 childres only.
It seems that's not attractive which my friend suggest me to change the venue to Dan Ryan (Kowloon Tong) instead. Did any mom has experience in organizing party in Dan Ryan ?? Is it good ?? How about the budget ??

I haven't arrange any birthday party in Dan Ryan. But I was used to work in the american restaurant before and can "feel" the atmoshpere there for the birthday celebration.
When you enter any of the american restaurant, you can hear the background music or song which really make you "excited". Besides, staff of american restaurant are more social which make you feel they care you. Last but not least, they will have special birthday surprise for the birthday person. e.g. several staff to sing birthday song to your table.
It's a good choice for such a small scale of birthday but remember to consider also the food being served in the american restuarnat - deep fried :-P
