try YMCA in TST. They are some function rooms. Or the Bowling place in the Olympian City 2

太古既 ruby tuesday (沙田都好似有)
ma on shan 新港城入面既哈迪斯

cwb 有間 wise kid (賣playmobil果間) 有得搞 party
另外有間叫 mad science咁上下既都有

other than cafe, 我plan緊響d learning center入面搞, 即係比小朋友玩下games, 做下artwork followed by cake cutting咁果d ....... 不過要隔下價先, 好貴, 有都多數響hk side, 我想響kln side呀
