Mcdonald Birthday Party Enquiry

Please tell me that how can I book a Mcdonald to hold a birthday party for my son. I think we will invite about 40 people. Is that the Mcdonald in Mei Foo big enough to hold such a party? How about the price? How many hours can we spend there. What type of things we have to prepared?
