Because of the Big Sale in Seiyu, parking at New Town Plaza Phase 1 or Phase 3 may be very tight after 1700 hrs. (1 or 2 hrs free parking if you spend more than $500/700 on Sat/Sun for cars entring after 1700 hrs).
If you arrive after 1800 hrs, you need to queue for 10 to 15 minutes but the traffic policeman may sometimes instructs the queue to leave and you may have to make a turn and start the queue again.
Depending on your luck, this may shorten or extend your queuing time.
