I resumed my pre-pregnant weight after 2 months without doing any exercise
All our weight went to our baby

Losing weight after pregnancy is more easy because some of the weight is water but not fat. However, losing the waist is difficult.
To encourage my wife, how many sit up she can do, I do double(for a man, easy job la, he he). I also guarantee my weight will not more than her by 1.5 times. Therefore, I swim & hike with her. I losed 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Many years ago nor.
Encouragement is very important. That's why we need our spouse and friends, but not something 減肥中心.

You may like to visit 美容扮靚
There weight control topics come up so regularly
One may even think weight gain is a sickness associated with pregnancy
Anyway it is brilliant to have a husband like you described

By the way
it appears to be dangerous to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks
Unless you are really heavy before that
No punch intended

You are right. Losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is not a fun.

I only try once before last year. I am not heavy but my stomach doesn't look great. So I usually cut my weight a little before the swimming season.

I don't pay for 美容扮靚, because nobody will look at the face of a middle age man.

Let me share my weight control experience with you all. Eat as you wish on weekend but eat what you need on weekdays. Be a monk or nun sometimes, be a predator sometimes. I never have snack and sweet drink except watching movie at home(plenty of snack for 2 hours, we need to release our stress). Go outdoor on weekend. That's it.

我用蜜糖減肥法(簡化版), 3個月內減o左15磅, 同腸胃好o左. (但我老婆只是減o左小小).

方法是早餐只飲1杯蜜糖水. 午晚餐同平時一樣.
頭個2日到11點就肚餓, 但只飲清水/中國茶 唔食o野. 第3日開始身體就習慣o左, 直到食午飯前先肚餓.

正中'蜜糖減肥法'是每1個月有一次連續3日只飲蜜糖水, 但太難啦!!

我只是早餐飲蜜糖水, 午餐和晚餐同以前一樣. 第一個星期都可以減半磅.

早餐 : 只飲1杯蜜糖水 (我用New Zealand蜜糖, 午餐前只飲清水/中國茶 唔食o野).
午餐 : 出街食 - 茶餐廳, 快餐店, 飲茶等 (同以前一樣).
晚餐 : 多數食住家飯 (同減肥前一樣, 飯菜都是同減肥前一樣).

我每日起身梳洗完就磅一次, 日日睇住減0.2磅(我用電子磅)就真係好開心同埋好有成功感. 第一個星期就可以減半磅, 跟住每星期都可以減一磅.

我5呎7吋 由15x磅 -> 13x磅, 腰圍減1吋多.
但減至13x磅後就再減唔到(最多減o左18磅), 但繼續飲蜜糖水早餐可以Keep住.
(小食肥肉效果會好D, 我就唔食雞皮和扣肉).
