I gave my children each a small pillow since day one which they could play with especially when they wantd to sleep (similar to a safety blanket). So even I breastfed them till 18 months and carry them quite often after that, they left my breast alone. Sometimes my 5 yr old son would touch my breast out of curiousity and I would tell him to respect my body, same as not letting others touching his private parts.
