I met this devil little girl while I was shopping yesterday
Hello, everyone, I have something to share.
Yesterday, I went shopping with my 9 months old son at Richmond Center, Vancouver. I put him in the big stroller that I rented at Richmond Center, and then went to La Senza. The service was really bad there because the salesperson just ignored us (They didn't even say "Hi" to us) When they knew I was looking at some bras, I could tell by their facial expressions that they discriminated us just because I was a Chinese mom with a baby in a big stroller. Obviously, they pretended they were really busy and didn't see us there, so I didn't ask for their service.
While I was choosing my bras, a 5-7 years old Chinese girl came by and played with my son. It was fine at first, but then she started to grab my son's hand tightly and squeezed his face, which made him cry. Immediately, I hugged my son, gave that little girl a smile, and said softly, "My son is still a baby, but you are a big girl. I know you just want to play with him, but you should touch him gently. If not, the baby will be scared." The girl listened, gave me a and then just ran away without an apology.
I am like , but I didn't mind because she was just a little girl.
After awhile, she came back and suddenly, she squeezed my son's face hardly and punch his head. Obviously, my baby cried out loudly. I was shocked and I told her to stop. But she wouldn't listen, she wanted to punch him again. I was really mad, so I grabbed her right hand and told her to stop. She screamed at me, intended to hit my son again with her left hand. I was really really mad , and I shouted out loud, "Where's your mom?" That little devill continued to scream, so I called her mom (I knew it must be her because she was the only Chinese lady there) She was concentrating on choosing her bras , so I shouted at her in Chinese,
"You should look after your girl." Finally, she came up to me. I knew she heard my baby's cry AND saw that I grabbed her daughter's hand, but she just pretended nothing happen AND brought her daughter back AND continued to choose her bras!!!!! I mean, GOD !!!! What kind of mother she is???
She didn't ask me what happen but obviously she KNEW what happened. Her daughter hit my son twice and they just ran away without an apology. I was really really shocked and mad, but I didn't want to argue with her. I hugged my baby and after he was OK, I just wanted to leave. While I walked away from the counter, I heard those salesperson were laughing and they said, "See those Chinese............. HAHAHA" I sweared I will never go to La Senza again!!!! Moreover, when I looked back into the store, that little devil stuck her tongue out and gave me a LOOK!!!
God, I guess her mom must be an uneducated person, so does her devil daughter....

My son's forehead turned into purple when I got home!! (It was the hit mark) The doctor said he would be fine after few days.
I was really MAD at the mother, not the little girl, because she didn't teach her daugter how to behave well. Obviously, the little girl's have some attitudes' problems, but her mother did not correct her immediately.
Anyways, I just want to share this experience to all BK mother and hope all BK baby will become a well-behave, good manner, cute, healthy teenager in the future :-P :-P :-P

Glad to hear your son is okay, may try massage him with a warm boiled egg which can get rid of the purple sooner.
Well, we felt pity about such parent as they don't know how to handle/develop/educate their kid so when there is trouble they just pretend they seen/heard nothing and they even don't know what would be the consequence if they keep using this method to bring up their kid. These is not just harmful to others, moreover it may ruin their kids' future as they never realise the damage would affect themselves someday. They are pathetic when learnt lesson/paid their bill afterwards...................
I felt sorry about your and your baby's but I am sure your baby will grow up be a gentleman as you show him the right attitute. I share your anger about the little devil but also the Canadian shopkeeper attitude how dare they treat you like that!!!
