My son sleeps on his own since he was born. However this month (2.5 years old now)he comes out his room every night to ask me to carry him for a minute, I did this for a week & it is not good for me as I do not get a proper sleep. Then I told him I would not come out to carry him to bed any more. Now He still get out his bed, get out his room & sleep on the floor which is infront of my bedroom. I tried to lock him into his room, then his sleep on the floor of his room. I am afraid he will get cold without blanket & it is not good for him to sleep on the floor.
If any one has similar experiences or advice,please let me know.
My son was like this. He slept alone until 2.5years old, and then reluctant to get to sleep alone in his room. We gave up because his younger brother was born at that time, and it was really hard for us to struggle with him.
So now we stay with him untill he is asleep, fortunately he seldoms wakes up during the night.
