My son also August ah! He\'s pretty excited. He\'s never been to any playgroups so hopefully he can adjust. But he has been to many school open days and he seems to play well with others but he\'s not a fan of story time.
My son is a pretty active and friendly boy so I didn\'t see the need to put him in play groups, we take him to parks and open school days to mingle with other kids and teachers... Plus I think play groups over charge...
