Office in Causeway Bay requires:
RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Perform general reception duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls, greeting visitors, arranging tea services for guests, registering in/out documents, arranging courier services.
Perform outdoor duties when necessary. - Provide office administrative support such as stationery inventory control, office equipments maintenance, documentation handling, etc.
- Provide support to company events and activities
- Assist in other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- At least 1 year relevant experience a MUST
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Well verse with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel), Chinese word processing
- Well-organized, detail-orientated, patient, polite and punctual;
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Preference will be given to those with immediate availability
