My baby is having the 和光堂 no. 1. I bought them from Seiyu and CitySuper(rather expensive here).
I don't think it is 很難購買 since I can say each time I go to see the 和光堂 in superstore, 80% of the time #2 is available.
I think you better visit the 和光堂 ma ma club. There should be information about ordering, including the agent and price. It would be good to order from agent if you plan to eat 和光堂 in long term.
Seiyu has the 和光堂 on sale two times a year (as I observed last and this year). It is around HKD128. Wing On also sell it at HKD128 when it is on sale.
Very cheap.
