My friend had twins and the doc told her to abort the small one as the big one took most of the nutrition. She refused as she is a Catholic. Result is like u, one big , one small. The small one is smaller all his life and became autistic. Lags way behind in school. Acts strangely. May not be able to earn a living as normal person.
So don't think keeping it alive is always the best alternative.
I don't believe in God but I hope it turns out for the best, but the best is not always what u wish for.

Sometimes we cannot say what is for the best.
At the moment, the smaller one is doing better than the bigger one!
I am not a really religous person, but I do believe that all these good wishes will help my sister and the babies.
