For second-hand car, I think both Echo and Jazz are good for new female driver, it depends on the car itself - the yr, the kilometer it has.
If you want to buy a new car, Jazz is better. The model is more updated. The control is easy, oil use is acceptable and the second-hand price is higher if you want to sell it after 2 or 3 years.
K car is OK but the size is even smaller. It depends on how many people sit inside.
Corolla is also good. The second hand market is good and large. It has "tail-box". Therefore, parking should be more careful for new driver. But nowadays, you can install parking senor, right?
