於JAL上被DJ"默用受"一家脅持個多小時 (from hkdiscuss)

源於10月14日晚上,我們一行四人坐JL735班機由成田返港,順利登機並坐好後,忽然於身後不遠處有一名女子大聲咆哮,並用廣東話及英語大聲喝問服務員為何她的年幼子女不能和她及她的丈夫同坐,另他們無人照顧,而她的丈夫站在前方不遠處並不作聲;但她一家四口堅持不肯就坐下,並要求坐在一塊兒,她聲稱不肯罷休,因她很早check-in並已於check-in時提出要坐在一塊。我心裏十分不解,因為我的E-Ticket已註明我來去程的坐位編號,為何現時才發現出了岔子呢?擾攘十來分鍾後,有一名男子來調解,原來他是冬形油的領隊,而那一家四口是他的團友,顯然今次是冬形油的領隊無做功課了,但那一家四口緊咬JAL的服務員不放並要求落機,隨後飛機返回停機坪,最後JAL請其他乘客讓位給她們才解決,他們後來坐於我身後的59D,E,F及G,其後大約一小時後才起飛。其後同行朋友說該名丈夫是港台DJ "默用受"。
我後來發現他是故意在機上發難的,因為旅行團在check-in後乘客拿到登機證已知道自已的座位,為何在拿到登機證時不反對呢?是否想在機上脅持其他乘客達到up-grade的目的呢?於10月15日晚,他已在他的節目中間接承認是他疏使他的妻子的,真氣人!

樓主以上內容好像有點疑問! 原因是一般團友的坐位編排都會由領隊安排.. 以我所知領隊為了方便...在安排寄行李時將團友坐位有機會打亂.. 但到正式上機前領隊會人手調整團友坐位.. 團友有發現有問題應該向領隊反映而唔係機倉服務投訴. ..

如果他們一家四口... 照道理一般做法是... 母親為了方便照顧小朋友會與小朋友坐, 而父親會坐另一個位.. 這個情況都很正常的.. ... 唔明樓主說... 女士投訴將小朋友與父母分開坐. ... ????

我覺得佢哋未必係想up-grade既, 兩個人up-grade都仲有可能, 如果一家四口仲係有小朋友既都好難囉.

我相信有小朋友的就知道當時佢地的心程,至於她們當時這麽怒氣,可能佢地有同領隊講過,而領隊無跟到,比着我都會好嬲。

佢喺節目話:一行七人包括小朋友,冇一個係孖位,全部比晒單座位,照顧唔到小朋友.但冇話係跟團喎.只係話JAL服務差.

我都無意中聽到佢係節目咁講(但其實我唔知佢係乜水),
强調JAL服務很差!但其實我get到佢喺度發爛咋!擾攘咗好耐!係都要人哋就佢!
我聽到都覺得個DJ咁奇怪,自己wer爛塊面

如果你坐過JAL你就會發覺日航嘅顧客服務認真麻麻, 兩年前都係跟東瀛遊去東京玩. 回程時, 我們一家三口(我當時懷孕6個月, 阿女得3歲半)連一個孖位都冇, 我係櫃位已經發晒爛渣 , 有d common sense, 都冇何能叫個3歲半嘅小朋友自己坐呱, 同埋依我响航空公司嘅經驗, 應該有d位係hold起for不時之須嘅, 所以更加... 最後都係領隊幫我地同人地掉先可以一齊坐, 同埋眼見你手推BB車\抱住BB都冇話俾你登機先....唉!所以貴d都要坐cx

I fully support you, i was also on the same flight, and wanna publish this shxtty guy's thing. i hate him, he is a real PK and cheapie guy.

it's not the problem of the tour guide. maybe the tour guide made a mistake. But remember, he knows the problem before boarding (also according to what he said on flight...."don't talk to me (you are cheap), go and find your chief (go and find you "dog"), i just want to talk to your chief, not you, i have told you guys about the seat problem since i got the boarding pass"

Then remember, he only picked the time when the flight started to leave the airport (door closed) to create trouble. He can voice out a long time ago and even after boarding. But why he only created trouble when the flights started to move??? obviously, he wanna "big" the FA to upgrade him as it's troublesome to stop and reschedule the take off time.

Second, remember he can always ask for people around to change seat if he is really that desparate or strong reason to take care of the kids. People will respect and give him a seat. But the fact is that he is using the little boy to increase bargaining power (putting the boy on his arms while screaming to the FA). He didn't try to ask help from others to shift the seating to accomodate the situation. He only tried to create trouble. WHY??

Lucky that the FA called the land and they didn't let him upgrade (he tried to look for upgrade and went to the front, his friends - 2 pairs of adults, dare not to join him) So, for 7 people, only 1 little boy. even within themselves, they can accomodate, 1 adult to take care of the kid. But he just tried to create trouble. In the end, our flight has stopped for an hour, rescheduled the take off time, and delayed for an hour. i got my luggage at 12, home at 1am.....fxxk him....cheapie. He wanna get upgrade with this cheapie method. Geez...it's only HKD2k for a JAL promotion tickets, 2k wanna look for an upgrade and made the whole flight delayed.......everyone on the flight suffered just because of his cheapie selfish act. He wanna pretend as a super star that needs to sit in biz class, but he is poor. come'on, don't be that cheap. he owed everyone on the flight an apology. he wasted all of us the precious time. he made the HK people ashamed for his greed. Please spread the words to the news, so that they can force him to apologize.....he is a hypocrite, i want more people to know this cheapie guy

actually, at that time, i was thinking, if i were the FA, i would upgrade those other people to biz class, to vacant the seats for them, so that he can't get the dodgy upgrade trick done. lucky that in the end, he was black-faced and sit back because the tour guide asked the people to change seat to give him linked seats.

but remember, what i have seen is that he only has 1 kid on hands, and 4 adults (2 pairs) friends. so any time if he got one 2-seat place can solved the problem. (don't tell me he needs 2 adults to serve one little kid).

he was also arrogant when talking to the FA, like instructing a dog to look for boss. "don't talk to me, i just want to talk to your Chief, go and find your Chief". go and find....sounds like ordering a dog. also, i only heard of purser, senior purser, cabin crew etc, haven't heard of a terminology in FA for Chief. he just screamed out "Chief, Chief, Chief, find me your Chief, i just wanna talk to your Chief (not you)", super arrogant and ill-mannered. fxxk off, you only pay for 2k econ ticket, it's a promotion ticket like i bought. and pretend as a high class elegant passengers and "R" for advantages like upgrade, so cheap.
