hi bibi......... actually not too sure which online bookshop more cheaper, but you may check w/ ebay also lot of "brand new book"

如果正統地學音樂，do re mi fa 依 d 叫唱名，學音樂用o既係音名 do re mi fa = C D E F，有 d 小朋友學慣 do re mi shift 唔到去 C D E 咁就麻煩，不過我有個 5 歲o既學生都 handle 到，如果你囡囡又 concentrate 又聽教，都唔使擔心

both my daughter, my son and myself are new Catholics, just joined this Easter.

我今個week先開始正式上yoga, ie 3 times/week.但so far上過既trial classes,我覺得感覺幾好.我幾鐘意kryoga同kryoga ananda bliss,希望我可以keep住3 times/week or more for 1.5 years啦.
學呢到d前輩講,做幾個月後身形會開始有變化,所以你都唔駛太worry你個肚腩.
