I felt fear 6 years ago and after seeing a psychologist for 4 times (2months). I recovered. He said I am ok and asked me to do relaxation exercise only.
Last month, I felt fear again and saw a social worker and she said I am ok. I am always feeling "a little" bit fear. I always feel fear that I will become crazy. It may be because of my childhood experience and pressure. However, I can live and I can work, even if I am thinking and feeling fear. And, I feel better now after 1 month fear.
