Of course need to lock everything up la.

If and when your bunbun is desperate / wants to leave / disappear immediately, she will just grab as much as possible, anything remotely valuable.

Incl digital cameras, video, watches, of course jewellery,.....

Instead of just locking up, better remove everything that can be taken to the pawn shop for $$$ (especially when you have a dong-po right opposite).
Like putting everything in your safe deposit box.

Haven't you heard that my ex-bunbun even took all my nice, UK-made sewing needles when she left ?

一定要換呀! 我同事都試過, 初初一定話邊個邊個,大多數都是謊話, 我同事住度保安又唔好, 後來重上門拍門添, 個衰bun bun 仲帶埋我同事仔女呢埋房唔敢出, 仲教佢地唔好講比媽咪聽, 我同事為了小朋友的安全, 即炒個bunbun 然後先過個呀

弘立書院明年起開辦「小一預備班」，吸納完成幼稚園低班(K2)的學生，但首批入讀的學生只會讀5個月，於明年1月入學，每月學費10,500元。下學年起提供整年課程，全年學費10.5萬元。
小班教學重語文能力
李小麗說，由於學校重語文發展，預備班是希望學生提早一年入讀，提早學習發音，銜接小學課程，「學習語文愈早愈好」。預計明年初的小一預備班一班20人，明年9月則會有3班。明年小一及小一預備班，截止申請日期均為下周五，小一共有90個名額，每班15人。該校本月17日起開始會見申請入讀的學生和家長，面試時會教導學生普通話和英文，觀察他們學習語文的能力，及了解家長培養子女學習語文的計劃。下月12日公布結果。

I don't care whether they share the loan as I mentioned to the person spoke with me over the phone that I don't know what happen and I will not responsible for any loan. Just asked her to chase my maid direct. She said she is not asking me to pay for her but just asked me to speak to my maid to pay ?-( Once the visa for the new maid is issued, I will make the decision. My hubby said he will give her an impression that we will renew the contract with her

I was a bit surprised

when I knew just now that my son got 13 out of 15 shields in the "Cambridge YLE Movers" test. 佢平時無什表現,居然有此results

Reading & Writing : 4 out of 5 shields
Listening: 4 out of 5 shields
Speaking : 5 out of 5 shields.

Anyways, I am very happy with it.

I've also enrolled Kv to Movers exam held in Oct.

Will you let your son go for flyers then?

PS. Kv is picked by his school to attend 中文獨誦 for the upcoming 59th school speech festival.

Thanks for your praise.

Originally, I did not intend to send my son to attend the YLE Movers test as I do not want to waste any money in any cert now, in part., the P1 admission game has been over. However, DWE offered me half price for the test. So, I enrol him to the test 咪執輸嗎！

I did not get any preparation for him to attend the test. But I just downloaded the reading & writing sample paper and went through the questions with him in the morning of the test. Writing is his weakest part. But according to my observation, even the Flyers are not that difficult. Complete sentences are not required. So, if you intend to enrol your superboy for the test, you may consider Flyers instead of Movers. I guess it should not be difficult to get more than 10 shields overall in Flyers.

Good luck la but I have faith in your son that 佢實掂！
