U Welcome .u know the result is varity for diff'body. I think u better try this DIY on yr rest day, it's more safety.
I just take 35 mins........then go to toilet but not in rush, it's feel good. but after that, i need to go for 5 times, 5mins once. after all.......... feel okay!
I didn't take my breakfast at all cause after the 'drink'
i feel thirsty, so that just drink, drink and drink. no more appetize. u better eat sth (if u want to) after toilet time.

2 teaspoons is enough. Be honest, it's really hard to drink, too salty. Nevermind, try once!

are u in empty stomach? eat nothing before this DIY?
I think u better try the other day (at least 4days later) cos' too much salt for short time is not good for health.

I've tried once but really 瀉 for 3-4 times. I don't like it.
Instead, my friend teach me another method of 排毒. This one is much better and healthier.
It is a traditional method from India.
The method is simply :
In the morning with empty stomach, drink 1500cc of water, i.e. about 6 cups of water.
Then, don't eat anything within one hour.
She said this is the method that Indians used to cure their disease. She said many disease can be cure after drinking 7 days continuously.
I've just tried two days. But I cannot drink 6 cups. I just drink 5 cups and my stomach is full already.
Then, I can go to toilet with normal form within one hour.
Now, I tried this method on holidays. It seems acceptable to me.
I just asked her should I stopped after 7 days. She said you can continue if you think it's good as it is not harmful. India people used it for maintaining good health.
She said it can even cure disease like 糖尿病 and 皮膚敏感, etc.
For me, I do it on every holidays, i.e. Sat and Sun. I have no time to drink it on working days as it takes me 15 minutes to finish 5 cups of water.
