One part is moving to warehouse. Their wrapping is perfect & professional. they use a lot of glass paper and very neat & tidy. They also know how to detangle the cabinets.
The other part is moving to a new home. This part they are a bit careless. I remind them to wrap one of the glass door of the TV cabinet. They eventually did not wrap by glass paper & the glass door is broken.
Then they ask me to repair it on my own and then send the invoice back to the company. I disagree & deduct $300 from the total bill, which is basically a bit more expensive than others. They rejected then they say they will go right now to repair the glass door for me. But I insisted I will only pay the $300 when the glass door is fine. Within two hours they come back with the repaired glass door & I pay the $300.
Overall speaking they are polite. However because some funiture is broken which is a major mistake, I decided not to use them anymore.
I know they are more expensive in general but thought a more professional service deserve some premium. But the broken door incident defeated that assumption.
