I was told that the maid can do nothing on the day she is off. But usually, as a resposible maid, they will do some of the housework.
My maid will clean the sitting room, use the bloom to wipe the rubblish only, not the whole floor, put back the toys to drawers, wash the cups (of last night), when she come back, she will wash the dishes in the sink.
Before, when she came at the first year, she will wipe the floor and use the mop to clean the whole floor, but now she just bloom the rubblish areas. I think it is ok if she won't do the housework when she is off, any way the next day she needs to do it by herself also.
I asked her to do the work next day before, I won't mind, but she said she cannot stand for any dirty dishes in the sink overnight wor.
i told my helper not to do anything on sunday. But she doesn't really listen.. normally she says never mind .. and will do it.. I am a breast feed mom, so when she come back she will always check if I have enough milk in the fridge from monday (when I am at work) ... and she will take all the stuff for the pump and bottle to wash and then steam them. and if there are things in the sink she will also wash...
