Usually i do running, run 45 mins, 3-4 times per week. Sometimes do 5 times per week tim.
If not running, i will still do hot bath to keep my metabolic rate higher

I actually discussed with C, but she said if u want to keep fit, really need to eat less, eat vegetable and fruit....that means....same answer law.....ai......
They didnt join MSL, just keep fit by their own.
